For a while now, I have been trying to figure out a format for short emails. I’ve landed on the idea of quick notes (“tiny truths”) about things that are bringing me joy or are simply incredibly useful: books, shows, songs, recipes, photos, health hacks, a new oracle deck, an essential oil blend or perfectly burning candle…
And now is the perfect time to get started since my bandwidth is limited by Helene recovery!

I have tried so many herbal and supplemental products— This one’s a game changer.
Omega 15 is a recent discovery. You can get an overview of the science here.
For the past three months, I have experimented with Fatty 15— stopping and starting, playing with dose. I’m convinced it is supporting my energy and brain function, as well as making all my bodily processes run more smoothly (ahhhmmm, yes that).
Health is individual so I can’t guarantee this will work for you. But I can say with complete confidence it is worth checking out.

P.S. Things are nowhere near normal here and probably won’t be for a very long time. We have no electricity and won’t for another week at best. I’m finding I prefer no electricity to no water (which is the situation in the City of Asheville).
